Thank you for volunteering for the 2012 Wine Country Face Off! As you know, volunteers make this event a success, so your participation is greatly appreciated!
As in years past, each family will be responsible for 5 shifts worked. Families with two players are responsible for 7 shifts. Families will earn a $10 credit towards your dues for each shift worked over the required amount. Conversely, for each shift not worked, you will be charged $50. Any and all questions regarding volunteering must be directed to Asst. tournament director Jeff Hutcheon.
Descriptions of each role are listed below. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR SELECTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMITTING!
ALSO: To give everyone an equal opportunity to sign up, we ask that each family limit itself to 5 shifts (7 shifts for multiple player families) until Monday, February 14. After that point, families interested in volunteering for additional shifts my do so.
