GYDP - Girls Mini Camp and Spring Program
Growlers Girl’s Hockey Mini-camp

Former Division 1 NCAA player at RPI, 2x Bronze medalist with the 18U Canadian Women’s National Team, and current Growler’s Head Coach Mikayla Capelle is excited to offer GYDP’s first all girls mini-camp.
During the first hour (8-9am) the ice will be split between a girls goalie clinic and a skating & fundamentals clinic. The goalie and player groups will combine in the second hour (9-10am) for a full ice clinic that includes shooting, passing, and game situation drills. Growlers Goalie and coach Derek Moser will run goalie clinic during first half and then stay on the ice to continue to work with and provide feedback to goalies as they tend goal in the full ice clinic.
Saturday, 3/28/26: 8-10am
8-9am: 1/2 Ice
Goalie Clinic (1/2 ice)
Skating & Fundamentals (1/2 ice)
9-10am: Full ice
Shooting, passing & game situations drills.
Ages:
18U/16U, 14U, 12U are welcome!
Cost:
Skaters: $90 for 2 hour session.
Goalies: $50 for 1 hour private goalie clinic + 1 hour full ice girls clinic.

We're excited that you're excited!! Our goal is to have as many participants as possible while ensuring we provide the highest quality training environment, therefore we do have to limit participant enrollment. The Specialized Skills Clinic is already at capacity, and is now accepting waitlist only. Also nearing capacity is the Goalie Development Clinic, with only a few spots still available. The Half and Full program at every age level are rapidly filling as well.

Program Dates: April 8 - June 7, 2026

* Full Program: 16 on-ice sessions

* 3v3 mini-tournament for competitive cross-ice action
* Dry Land Training (Includes Field Games & Shooting/Stick handling intensives)

Program Highlights:
Elite Coaching: Learn from experienced Growlers coaches and other top professionals with backgrounds in professional and collegiate hockey, specializing in elite skills development.
Comprehensive Skill Development: Skating/edge work, stick skills, goal scoring, passing, deception, battle drills, awareness, defensive techniques, and more!
Age Groups: Open to players preparing to play in 10U, 12U, 14U & 16U/JV/Varsity next season.
*** 8U (2018 and younger) players are welcome to join a waitlist. If space allows in the 10U session, program registration will open to them as well. First come first serve.
Additional Goalie Development Clinic: 9 weekly 1 hour sessions of specialized goalie training with Growlers’ Derek Moser as well as other elite/professional goalie coaches. Number of participants will be capped to ensure an optimal coach:goalie ratio. NEARING CAPACITY, REGISTER SOON!
Additional Skating/Edgework & Skills Clinic: 9 weekly 1 hour sessions of focused power skating, edgework and stick skills with Growlers' Egan Wolford. Number of participants will be capped to ensure an optimal coach:player ratio. AT CAPACITY, ACCEPTING WAITLIST.

* Full Program: $700
*$500 for goalies
* Half Program: $400
* Goalie Development Clinic: $540 ($60/session) - 9 sessions
* $900 for Goalies enrolling in both Full Program + Goalie Development Clinic.
* Skating/Edgework & Skills Clinic: $450 ($50/session) - 9 sessions
* Sibling discounts will be available

This exceptional 8 week intensive skills clinic is officially owned and operated by the Santa Rosa Growlers and in partnership with Snoopy’s Home Ice and the Santa Rosa Junior Hockey Club.
